Ladies and Gentlemen...
May I introduce to you....

Dante!

Dante!

and more Dante!
As many of you know, I love music. I listen to something from the time I get up to the time I go to bed. well today I was a little shocked when I went to listen to my tunes online... There was nothing there... That's right, I was greeted by silence, as were many millions of other people.
The "Day of Silence" was organized to draw attention to an impending royalty rate increase that, if implemented, would lead to the virtual shutdown of this country's Internet radio industry.
Major webcasters like Yahoo! Launchcast, Rhapsody, and Pandora.com, in addition to some terrestrial broadcasters' online simulcasts, will silence their streams along with other Day of Silence participants.
So if you enjoy listening to music online while you work, or play... please spread the word and make your feelings known.
I know I plan to.
I hate moving...
Thus I hate tomorrow even thought it has never done anything to me.
It's guilt by association for Saturday June 16 2007.
I'm working tonight, so I probably won't start too early, but Willy's is having the fights. And since they are in Belfast they are starting at 2:00pm our time. Hopefully I don't lose too many helpers to that. I've also got to get out to Second Chance Rescue Center and spend some time with Vito, the dog I'm thinking about getting from them. Of course I just looked and they now have a 4 year Old Bassett Hound too... Decisions, decisions...
So anyway... If you're feeling generous or bored give me a call and come help move!
Oh, and there will be Popeyes Chicken for those that do come help.
I'm pretty disappointed. I was hoping to wake up to bedlam this morning, and what did I get? Some water spots on my windshield, and that's it! What a bunch of empty hype. When I left work last night I had to weave around clumps of fallen leaves, I saw branches lying broken on peoples yards. Hell, there was a tree down over by my new house. They had to cut it up and haul it away so traffic could get down 7th street. and all this was before 6pm. During the buildup... when the sky was gray, and the wind was strong enough to rock my little Jetta. Then it got dark and nothing happened. We got a little bit of rain and that's about it. It's all those damn storm chasers that came up here. They scared the storm away.... poor thing was camera shy. I was promised a major storm damnit!
Fuck you Shawn Cable!
Fuck you and your damned plastic hair!
You lied to me!
I went out and bought a house yesterday, well not all in one day.
I have been working with a Realtor on it for awhile, but the closing was yesterday. I don't have any pictures of it yet, but I will post some as soon as I get them. I will be moving over the next week or two, so if you feel like helping let me know.
